Nigeria's airports connect major cities across the country with regional and international destinations.
This guide focuses on the principal gateways and on the practical questions travellers should confirm before departure.
Lagos is Nigeria's principal international aviation gateway. Domestic and international operations use different terminal facilities, so travellers should always confirm the terminal shown by their airline before travelling to the airport.
Abuja serves the Federal Capital Territory and is a major domestic and international gateway. Allow sufficient road-transfer and check-in time when planning your journey.
These airports provide important regional and international connectivity for northern, south-southern and south-eastern Nigeria. Routes and operating schedules change, so confirm current service with the airline or relevant airport authority.
Silhouette can arrange protocol services at Nigerian airports, including meet-and-assist and other airport support where available.
For current routes and live flight activity, use our Nigeria Flight Information page, which links to specialist flight-information services rather than maintaining changing schedules locally.
